Head of Fatah’s Jenin Tanzim, one of the most wanted men who led serious attacks in the second intifada, including the attack on the Likud branch in Beit She’an (6 murdered). He was pardoned in the wanted men agreement but continued his terrorist activities and carried out shooting attacks on buses. In 2021, he participated in the terrorists’ escape from Gilboa prison.
