A Tanzim operative and works in the Palestinian Authority’s General Intelligence. Arrested in the 1990s for terrorist activity but released as part of the Oslo Accords. Carried out numerous shooting attacks against IDF forces and civilians, one of which injured a civilian. Planned bomb attacks.
