Defined as head of Hamas Jerusalem. Director General of Hamas’s Lajannat Zakat al-Quds association. Charged with planning attacks ahead of Ramadan 2022, released during his trial and returned to his home in Jerusalem. His son carried out a stabbing attack and was released in the previous deal. His two other sons were sentenced to several years in prison for planning the attacks with him.
