Served as head of Fatah’s military wing in Bethlehem, participated in the March 2002 shooting attack on the Tunnels Road in which Deborah Friedman HYD was murdered and her husband Yona was injured, and also gathered intelligence for another attack in which Israelis were murdered.
Charges – Intentional causing of death, membership in an unrecognized organization, shooting at people, providing shelter, attempted murder, weapons offenses.
