A Tanzim activist who served in the Palestinian National Security, and in July 2003 sent a suicide bomber to the Travin restaurant in Jaffa, who threw acid, stabbed and seriously injured the restaurant security guard, and fled to the promenade where he stabbed Amir Simhon HYD to death and injured his girlfriend. He also carried out shooting attacks himself without any casualties.
