A senior Tanzim official who was involved in numerous shooting and sabotage attacks, including an IED attack near Oranit and Shaarei Tikva, and who in May 2002 sent the terrorist to the shooting attack at Yeshiva Hitzim in Itamar in Samaria, in which three boys from the yeshiva were murdered and two others were injured. Was scheduled for release in February 2025 but refused and was replaced.
