He was one of the leaders of the Islamic Jihad in Judea and Samaria who was convicted of the murder of Eli Biton HYD in Gadish settlement in an 2003 attack in which more five were injured. He was involved in dozens of attacks, including shooting attacks in northern Samaria, including on a bus near Mevo Dotan, and planned a kidnapping attack.
