Murdered Yair Har Sinai HYD in pastures near Susiya in the Hebron hills in 2001. He was active in prison for incitement, transferring terrorist funds and was part of the leadership of the terrorists in prison.
Charges – Intentional causing of death, possession of firearms, making an explosive or incendiary device, attempted murder.
