Participated in a suicide bombing in Neve Sha’anan, Tel Aviv, in January 2002. After the bomber exploded, he was supposed to fire a weapon he had in his possession, but fled the scene and was captured. The explosion killed the suicide bomber and injured 25 people. After his release, he received an appreciation certificate for his work at a ceremony held on 3/5/25, from Fatah and Palestinian Authority senior officials, including Jibril Rajoub and Nablus Governor Ghassan Douglas.
