A Fatah operative from Beit Hanun in the Gaza Strip. During operation Tzuk Eitan, he launched rockets at Sderot together with ISIS and Islamic Jihad terrorists, and also brokered the sale of rockets between terrorist operatives in the Gaza Strip.
