One of the most wanted figures of the Second Intifada. Head of Hamas in Tulkarm. He was involved in planning the massacre at Netanya Park Hotel (30 people were murdered) and planning other attacks. He was arrested by the PA in protective custody, released and finally captured by the Yamam in 2009.
