A policeman in the “Palestinian Police”, carried out a shooting attack near Mevo Dotan in which Zion Bushrian HYD was murdered in March 2003, and even committed killing confirmation. He planned a suicide attack that did not go ahead and carried out another shooting attack without casualties.
